Campus Recruiter

Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team in Lexington, KY. This position will require regional travel.

Works independently to develop the College Recruiting and Nurse Extern Recruiting Plans then leverages those plans to attract, evaluate, and refer new candidates for open positions using a variety of talent attraction strategies. Acts as the liaison between the schools, hiring managers and candidates to identify the best candidates for Baptist. Extends offers, tracks placement and processes offers in the ATS (Workday). Works with the Pre-Hire Compliance specialist related to the onboarding and orientation processes.

Must have strong relationship building and organizational skills.

Must have strong technical skills (Excel) to track approved openings, candidates who have applied, their degree program, which school and where they are in progress.

Must be a strong communicator and be able to identify and work to resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process.

Essential Job Duties:

• Developing & Communicating the On-Campus Strategy (20%)

• Communication & Tracking: status of candidates, promotional items inventory (20%)

• Event Planning and On- Campus Event Attendance (30%)

• Candidate Contact / Hiring Manager Engagement (30%)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.

• Directly related work experience as a Campus Recruiter may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

• 3-6 Years of direct HR/Recruitment experience as a Campus Recruiter or Recruiting in a Corporate or Staffing Agency setting.

• Prior work in a Healthcare setting highly desired.
