Overview

Temporary Worker

Length: 4 Months

The digitial channels temporary worker will assist with the launch of 2 wire transfer projects, specifically focusing on enrolling clients in a revamped special handling wire transfer channel as well as testing and reporting for the wire transfer platform.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: will include

    Managing client enrollment
  • Generating reports
  • Assisting in testing and resolving ISO20022-related wire platform issues
  • Coordinating between internal staff and the wire vendor
  • Utilizing a vendor-provided ticketing system to track and resolve issues efficiently


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff, management, vendors, and clients
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to generate and analyze reports related to wire transfer activities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing excellent service and addressing client needs promptly
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to handle changes in processes, regulations, and systems while maintaining high performance


Education

  • Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent required.
