Estimated annual base pay: $26.25 (minimum) - $32.75 (midpoint) - $39.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a skilled Operations Training Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

The Level 2 Training Specialist supports operations by providing training for new and existing members through classroom and 1:1 training. Member possesses a solid understanding of the training system and curriculum and implements process improvements. Additionally, the member authors content and assists in the management, implementation, and auditing of training systems, programs, and initiatives.

What you will be doing...

• Provides onboarding and offline instruction using approved programs and methods
• Authors new training content and manages changes to existing content
• Assists in verifying member competence
• Resolves training problems on the production floor and assists in Root Cause Analysis
• Recommends and implements process improvements for new and existing training programs
• Coordinates, organizes, and schedules training for the membership
• Trains operations members and leaders to use the production member training database and/or certification system
• Conducts floor and record audits which include verification of compliance to member development programs and training systems
• Assists in the development of metrics that demonstrate effectiveness of training programs, execution of training systems, and records training noncompliance
• Maintains and implements improvements for the production member training database and/or certification system
• Trains Level 1 Training Specialists
• May require overtime and off-shift work

What we are looking for...

• High School Diploma required
• 2-5 years Operations Training Specialist Experience or similar experience required
