The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruiting function by ensuring seamless execution of hiring processes, candidate tracking, and communication. This role is responsible for managing follow-up and follow-through at all stages of the hiring process, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating key recruiting activities such as interviews, assessments, and third-party submissions. This position is critical in keeping the recruiting team organized, efficient, and aligned with company hiring goals.

Candidate Tracking & Process Management: Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensures all candidate data, application statuses, and next steps are properly documented and communicated. Manages reporting on recruiting activities and ensures process consistency across hiring teams.

Interview Coordination & Scheduling: Organizes and schedules interviews, ensuring clear communication between hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters. Coordinates interview logistics, confirms availability, and provides timely follow-ups on interview outcomes.

Assessments & Compliance: Assigns, tracks, and ensures completion of candidate assessments. Verifies that all required hiring documentation is collected and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Assists with background check processing and hiring approvals.

Data & Reporting: Compiles and analyzes recruiting data to provide insights into hiring trends, pipeline efficiency, and process improvements. Tracks key recruitment metrics to identify gaps and areas for optimization.

Job Posting & Branding Support: Assists in writing, updating, and managing job postings on various platforms. Supports employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance candidate attraction.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple candidates and processes simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience in managing, creating, and analyzing reports and spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
- Skilled in high-volume recruiting, effectively supporting multiple business units across diverse roles preferred.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or a related industry is a plus.
