This paid apprenticeship is all about hands-on training, real-world experience, and learning from the best. You'll be assigned to either Water & Sewer and Streets & Drainage, gaining valuable skills while helping to keep Allen a safe and beautiful place to live.

Essential Functions
What You'll Do
Assist with maintenance tasks like fixing water lines, repairing streets, and cleaning drainage systems.
Learn to use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and others.
Participate in training sessions and earn certifications.
Work schedule: 4-day 10-hour work week, either Mon-Thur or Tue-Fri
