The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 110,112.00 USD - 144,522.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. Based in San Francisco and reporting to Director of Innovation - method, the Associate Manager, Innovation Brand Management plays a pivotal part on our team. You will support the Innovation Director in crafting the innovation strategy and vision for method and set the near and long-term product roadmap for the brand in these categories. This is a hands-on role where your curiosity, initiative and energy level will have a direct impact on the business and the broader Lifestyle Brand organization. The role has day-to-day exposure to both functional and company leadership teams.

The Innovation Associate Manager will:

  • Identify new product opportunities: partner with the innovation director to identify and size innovation opportunities in terms of product positioning, offering and adjacency categories within the existing portfolio.

  • Lead new product development from idea to shelf: support the innovation director to develop the concept, positioning, portfolio differentiation, claims direction, name and pricing of new products. Conduct market research as needed and data analysis to identify insights, needs and opportunities.

  • Execute successful product launches: Collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team across creative, design, consumer insights and R&D to develop amazing products and ideas. Partner with the Commercial Brand Development team to bring these launches to life in North America and Europe.

  • Design for an omnichannel world: Drive innovation roadmaps that succeed across both traditional and emerging retail landscapes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand management with at least 2+ years of experience in Innovation within the Consumer Packaged Good (CPG) space

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Ability to keep track and evaluate trends, and translate into actionable recommendations

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate about making an impact

  • A fast-paced multi-tasking expert with strong cross-functional project management capabilities.

  • Track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker

  • Outstanding communication skills -- oral and written.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position is Full-Time, regular business hours, Monday-Friday

  • Office work environment: San Francisco, CA office, remote work available once a week

  • Ability to lift 10 - 40 pounds

  • Travel up to 10%

  • Relocation is not available for this opportunity
