The Undergraduate College of Arts & Sciences invites applications for a Senior Student Services Generalist position within the College Registrar's office. The position will work with the College Registrar, other administrative staff, and deans to maintain accurate and timely information for over 11,000 undergraduate students within Arts & Sciences. The Senior Student Services Generalist serves students, employees, faculty, alumni, parents, and community members with various needs related to academic requirements and study abroad and will work with multiple areas within the Undergraduate College, Arts & Sciences, and UVA. This position is the primary point of contact for A&S undergraduate transfer credit related to studying abroad, and supports students before, during, and after their travels abroad. This is a unique position that has the opportunity to positively impact the broad scope of students and services offered by the College of Arts & Sciences, such as:

This position reports directly to the College Academic Data Manager with strong ties to the College Registrar. This position is located in Charlottesville, VA and will be required to present In-person, although there are opportunities for a hybrid work schedule. The anticipated annual salary is between $60,000-$70,000 and will be commensurate with education and experience. This is an Exempt level, benefited position.
