Join our dynamic team as an HR Business Partner under the guidance of the Senior Director of Human Resources at MWI! In this pivotal role, you will leverage your HR expertise to drive strategic business objectives and contribute to the advancement of key programs and initiatives that foster organizational success.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, utilizing your strategic thinking and data analysis skills to shape impactful HR strategies. As a vital link between HR Shared Services and Centers of Expertise (COE), you will ensure alignment across functions.

  • Own and drive execution of key HR strategic initiatives aligned with achieving long term business strategies.
  • Act as change leader for key strategic business initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders.
  • Enable strong employee engagement and culture in partnership with business leaders.
  • Build strong relationships with key leaders across the business to seamlessly partner and advise on optimizing individual and team performance, including developing talent and building robust succession pipelines for the organization.
  • Proactively identify gaps and efficiencies within the HR framework to improve meeting business objectives and performance, including organizational design, talent development, compensation, recruiting, performance management and other key HR processes, partnering with COEs as appropriate.
  • Partner with COEs to understand and implement core programs, frameworks, strategies and process across the business.
  • Leverage human capital data to proactively inform identifying trends, gaps and opportunities.
  • Support implementation of standardized processes to drive productivity and efficiency efforts for the business.
  • Support and advise organizational opportunities for growth, including mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 10+ years of directly-related or relevant experience in human resources, preferably in business partnership.
  • Strong agility and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnership with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with process improvement mindset and ability to identify HR continuous improvement opportunities across the business

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
