SUMMARY:

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent for the

organization. This role focuses on utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, employee referrals, on-site

recruiting, and partnerships with search firms, to identify qualified candidates. The Recruiter works collaboratively to support

entry level to moderate complexity hiring projects while ensuring positions are filled efficiently and effectively. This role

operates with a balance of independent work and collaboration with cross-functional teams. It requires adaptability, problem-

solving, and a focus on delivering exceptional results to meet organizational talent needs.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Use sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing job advertisements, employee referrals, and other recruiting
  • methods.
  • Work with Hiring Managers, HRBPs and HR Shared Services to initiate the Recruitment process for open positions
  • Conduct Pre-Posting Meeting to plan for the recruitment process.Ensure Job Description is correct, ask detailed questions to understand the expectations and hiring plan. Set
  • interview process. Set expectations on time to fill.
  • Post positions on WC Bradley ATS and other job posting sites, as appropriate (may be coordinated/delegated to
  • Recruiting Coordinator)
  • Screen applicants, Review with Hiring Manager, Set up Interviews - Review applications submitted applications and pre-
  • screen for hiring manager criteria.
  • Select the pool for Manager consideration and meet with hiring manager. Set up
  • interviews with hiring panel.
  • Extend Verbal Offer and Create Offer Letter
  • Initiate and Conduct Pre-employment screenings and paperwork - Pre-employment Drug, criminal, credit, Driving, etc, as
  • needed for position. Send communication regarding New Hire Paperwork to necessary parties. Review completion of
  • paperwork
  • Prepare for Start Date of New Hire - Communicate with Shared Services to ensure they are prepared for 1st day of
  • employment. Follow up with applicant and introduce to the person in Shared Services who will be handling the first day
  • onboarding and/or orientation
  • Performs additional responsibilities as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.



QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or Associate' degree with a relevant amount of work experience

Minimum Work Experience: * 4 years Functional Experience

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:



  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on moderately complex projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
