SUMMARY: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent for the organization. This role focuses on utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and partnerships with search firms, to identify qualified candidates. The Recruiter works collaboratively to support entry level to moderate complexity hiring projects while ensuring positions are filled efficiently and effectively. This role operates with a balance of independent work and collaboration with cross-functional teams. It requires adaptability, problem- solving, and a focus on delivering exceptional results to meet organizational talent needs. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
