We are seeking a highly motivated HR Program Consultant, to join our dynamic Human Resources department and support our Employee Labor Relations team.

As anHR Program Consultant, you will work closely with HR leaders to design and implement a variety of programs, systems, and processes. Your role will encompass everything from job descriptions and performance reviews to employee engagement and regulatory compliance. You'll be the go-to person for employment-based immigration cases, guiding leaders and employees through the sponsorship process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate & Innovate:Partner with HR leaders to turn conceptual ideas into actionable plans and see them through to completion.

  • Immigration Support: Serve as the point of contact for employment-based immigration cases, providing support throughout the sponsorship process.

  • Creative Problem Solving: Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Effective Communication: Work with HR leaders and communication teams to create effective communication strategies for staff.

  • Project Management: Utilize your project management skills to implement various HR projects and programs.

  • Consultation: Provide expert advice on learning and HR-related projects or processes.

  • Organized Implementation: Maintain a consistent and organized approach to project implementation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field

  • 3-4 years of progressive human resources related experience

  • Proven experience in HR program development and project management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills
