Description This person will be acting as the liaison between the business side and the technical side. He/she will need to sit onsite because they will be the person interacting with the users, getting feedback, looking at what needs they have, looking at areas where there are opportunities for improvement. They will help provide users with training essentially be an onsite leader for the ERP system. As an ERP Systems Business Analyst, you will partner with the business, interface with multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide a clear road map for all development projects while being responsible as site owner for all functional areas in regards to the business systems * Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation. * Provide business guidance and strategy to leverage current ERP capabilities. * Lead the business in proper ERP utilization, deployment and upgrades. * Assess all request for new projects, initiatives and enhancements to the ERP systems. * Coordination of ERP related activities with Development Team. * Coordinate testing to ensure quality of ERP upgrades, patches and/or enhancements. * Ensure adherence to ERP change control process. * Providing technical support and training of ERP end-users. * Documenting ERP processes. * Adhering to company policies and industry regulations. * Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings. This work be be run out of Tallassee, AL, but the person can sit remotely. The ERP system is called CINCOM and the financial module is called Unit4 Financials (formerly Coda Financials). Manager isn't requiring any CINCOM experience, but he wants someone to have experience supporting a Financial module of an ERP system. Preferred: Experience with Cincom Control is desired. Great organizational and time management skills. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to be proactive and take initiative. Works independently with minimal guidance required. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem solving skills. Experience in business administration and/or project management. Strong business analysis experience with a track record of delivering large, complex ERP projects. Experience working in an Aerospace and Defense environment. Experience Level Intermediate LevelE Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $67.00/hr.
