Job Title: Insurance Services Operations Sr. Associate Job Description: The Insurance Services Operations Sr. Associate is responsible for supporting all insurance business (Life Insurance, Universal Life, Long Term Care, Disability Income, and Hybrid Insurance products) from an operational perspective. This entails the processing and input of insurance sales into our database, coordinating with our business partners and financial services to ensure data integrity and proper commission payment to the advisors. Additionally, this role will serve as Tier II to the Insurance Queue of the Customer Service Center to assist with more advanced insurance-related questions as well as research and resolution with business partners. The Sr. Associate acts as the primary point of contact for insurance problem resolution on both pending and in-force business by escalating policy issues with the appropriate carriers, business partners, and product managers while coordinating with the field as needed. Additional responsibilities include the timely and accurate preparation of death claim paperwork with the carriers and a condolence package. Key Responsibilities: * Support all insurance business operations, including Life Insurance, Universal Life, Long Term Care, Disability Income, and Hybrid Insurance products. * Process and input insurance sales into the database. * Coordinate with business partners and financial services to ensure data integrity and proper commission payment to advisors. * Serve as Tier II support for the Insurance Queue of the Customer Service Center. * Assist with advanced insurance-related questions and research and resolution with business partners. * Act as the primary point of contact for insurance problem resolution on both pending and in-force business. * Escalate policy issues with the appropriate carriers, business partners, and product managers. * Coordinate with the field as needed. * Prepare death claim paperwork and condolence packages in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications: * Specific knowledge of all risk products (required) * Fundamental knowledge of all products offered by financial planning advisors (preferred) * General knowledge of the financial planning industry (required) * Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and time management skills (required) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required) * Excellent attention to detail (required) * Able to work independently with minimum supervision (required) * Proficient with MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook (required) * Proficient in all needed technology systems (including but not limited to: AS400, business partner/carrier websites, and data systems) Value Proposition: * 5% performance-based bonus * 15% stock fee option Work Environment: * Hybrid: Work from home on Monday & Friday; on-site Tuesday - Thursday * Regular 9-hour shift with 3 different start times: 7 AM, 8 AM, or 9 AM Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $64000.00/yr. 5% performance based bonus, 15% stock flat fee, great potential for growth within the company - creating more career titles for faster growth, most turnover is internal promotion Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Benbrook,TX 76109.
