Description This team oversees procurement for direct source products for the Americas The org is specifically being stood up to administer cost impacts of tariffs and maintain margin expectations contractors managing tariff process, Excel (advanced skills) - liaisons between business and corporate commodity teams Will need to understand and track all tariff cost impacts - and the retaliatory tariffs that are coming Coordinate bw stakeholders, holding folks accountable, running meetings At least 3 years of experience - will train on roles - standard process has been defined Main Responsibilities / Projects: * Managing supplier pricing files for tariff management and lead tariff process * Managing negotiation playbooks SharePoint maintenance * Facilitation weekly team meetings * Project Manage Supplier Issues manage tariff pricing analytics, verification, and execution * Reporting * Data entry / file updates * Documenting meeting notes, updates on projects, and keeping those files organized Jobs/Careers Transferable: * Project Manager * Procurement Role * Commodity management Top 3 Skills: * Strong organization skills - many priorities to manage * Self-Starter * Excel / Teams Skills - advanced Skills Procurement, Project management, Excel, Functions, data analysis, Direct materials procurement, Direct Materials Sourcing, Indirect Materials Procurement, Indirect Materials Sourcing, Supply Chain Sourcing, Manufacturing parts/supply Top Skills Details Procurement,Project management,Excel,Functions,data analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications Big Pluses: -Direct Materials procurement, supply chain sourcing, manufacturing/parts supply, etc. will give a leg up Experience Level Intermediate Level 3 days on site in Davidson NC t-thrs Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
