Job Description Allstate's Talent Acquisition Apprentice Program Allstate's HR Talent Acquisition department is committed to making Allstate a place that talent loves. What You'll Do Key responsibilities for each role include: Campus Recruitment Coordinator- Campus & Early Careers You will play a key role in supporting the campus recruiting team by building and maintaining relationships with candidates, universities, and recruiters. You will assist in executing recruitment strategies, optimizing internship recruitment activities, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in campus events and support diversity initiatives through partnerships with university career teams, professors, and student organizations. Talent Attraction Coordinator- Sourcing & Capabilities You will play a key role in supporting the sourcing & capabilities team by building and maintaining relationships with candidates, sourcers, and recruiters. You will assist in executing sourcing strategies, optimizing outreach recruitment activities, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in sourcing & capabilities events and support sourcing initiatives through Beamery and candidate relationship building. Inclusive Hiring Coordinator- Talent Partnerships You will support the expansion of fair chance hiring initiatives, creating more equitable opportunities for justice-involved individuals. You will assist in implementing process improvements, recruiter training, and candidate support programs while helping refine policies and background check procedures. Additionally, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, track initiative progress through data analysis, and stay informed on industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in inclusive hiring efforts. Compensation As an Apprentice, you will work part-time, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of $18 to $25. Benefits are also available.
