JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The FacilitiesApplications teamis seeking an Enterprise Asset ManagementFacilities Systems Analyst- Advanced Professional to support the Enterprise Asset Management system and related systems in a functional support and administrative capacity. These systems include the Office of Physical Plant EAM system (Maximo), Scheduling Software (Akwire/Prometheus), and mobile software (EZMaxMobile). The analyst will:
The successful candidate will report to the Facilities Applications Manager. The Applications and Facilities Management Office is supportive of flexible work arrangements when aligned with the ability to meet the needs of the unit and the essential duties of the position. Questions related to flexible work hours should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process. Education and experience:
Competencies critical to success include understanding the use and need for Maximo, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written). A solid background in Enterprise Asset Management and practices is essential, supported by demonstrable skills of leadership, judgment, and communication. The FSA must have a strong customer service orientation and an understanding of Penn State culture and constituent needs.
