Job Summary:
The BerbeeWalsh Department of Emergency Medicine invites applications for a Scientist position. This position will support the research program of Andrea Gilmore-Bykovskyi, PhD, RN, a leader in dementia care research and Associate Professor in the BerbeeWalsh Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. The person in this position will serve as a Scientist supporting the breadth of the work in the Gilmore-Bykovskyi lab. Education: Required The applicant must have a PhD or equivalent terminal degree, preferably in nursing, health services research, public health, or health policy, or other similarly related field. Qualifications: -The applicant must have 2 years (Scientist II)/ 4 years (Scientist III) of experience in epidemiology, health services, or related research field. This must include experience developing and implementing clinical and/or health services research protocols, including research quality assurance and Institutional Review Board applications. Work Type: Full or Part Time: 50% - 100% Appointment Type, Duration: Ongoing/Renewable Salary: Minimum $61,388 ANNUAL (12 months) Additional Information: Applicants for this position will be considered for the titles listed in this posting.
