job purpose: The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for strategic leadership of audience-led marketing in digital commerce. This entrepreneurial leader will partner internally and externally to develop strategies and execute plans that drive sales by recruiting consumers and building loyalty.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the digital commerce investment plans in partnership with our marketing team and garnering insights from consumer data to continually refine our digital marketing strategies. You will work across fairlife and Coca-Cola teams to recruit new households and build loyalty using the full digital ecosystem. A successful candidate combines performance marketing expertise, eCommerce experience and an interest in beverage/CPG industry along with a passion for meeting the changing needs of consumers and delivering value to our customers/partners.

responsibilities:

Amazon Marketing Strategy and Activations



  • Lead best-in-class Amazon marketing strategies for the entire fairlife portfolio across the Amazon ecosystem, from planning to execution, leveraging analytics and platform capabilities to drive consumer recruitment, subscriptions, and brand growth.
  • Provide thought leadership in building a scalable test-and-learn roadmap (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud) to deliver long-term growth on Amazon, aligning with business priorities and goals.
  • Foster relationships and partnerships with the Coca-Cola North America teams to enhance measurements, share case studies, and portfolio partnerships.


Thought Leadership in Digital Marketing



  • Bring strategic thinking and recommendations to optimize digital activations across consumer plans, ensuring a seamless and consumer-centric experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with the Shopper Marketing and Connections team to refine and elevate digital commerce marketing strategies, delivering industry-leading recruitment, retention, and growth strategies through Retail Media initiatives and leveraging their evolving capabilities.
  • Advocate for strategic funding and resources to support impactful digital initiatives that accelerate recruitment, foster loyalty, and drive sustainable business growth.


Website Commerce Connections Strategy



  • Lead the development and implementation of paid digital marketing strategies to drive recruitment and retention on fairlife.com shop, partnering with the Connections & Communications teams.
  • Leverage consumer and shopper insights to enhance user experience from paid media to the website, driving engagement on fairlife.com and conversion on our shop.


Consumer Insights and First Party Data Strategy



  • Leverage emerging first-party data to extract insights and transform consumer insights into strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate advanced analytics, segmentation, and lifetime value models, unlocking opportunities to drive efficient and effective consumer recruitment across the digital ecosystem.


Innovation and Industry Expertise



  • Champion digital marketing innovation by bringing big digital marketing ideas and new consumer engagement capabilities to life.
  • Steward forums/sharing of key learnings across digital marketing activations
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, anticipating new trends and winning tactics. Serve as eCommerce subject matter expert, helping to support and educate the broader organization about digital marketing

skills/qualifications required:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years marketing expertise-experience leading the development and execution of digital marketing programs and media plans
  • Hands on experience and deep working knowledge leading marketing programs across digital channels (display, search, email, social, mobile)
  • Experience with retail media networks, driving both strategy and execution as well as measurement and analytics.
  • eCommerce and performance marketing mindset-understand how to leverage marketing tactics to target shoppers throughout the funnel to drive conversion
  • Understanding of data and strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to own and drive improvement of marketing and business KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple areas of the eCommerce business with versatility and flexibility
  • Highly motivated, a self-starter and curious, demonstrating an aptitude for problem solving and ability to quickly learn and add value
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across several groups in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels.
  • Strong influencing skills
  • High proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs
