The main purpose of this internship is to assist the VP of Sales Operations in
collecting and analyzing data related to the USA sales incentive programs. This position will also develop
methods to evaluate the productivity and cost-effectiveness of sales personnel, ensuring they contribute
positively to the company's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to the USA sales incentive programs to provide actionable insights.
- Productivity Evaluation: Develop and implement methods to assess the productivity and cost-effectiveness of sales personnel.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support the VP of Sales Operations in decision-making processes.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the sales operations team to support various initiatives and projects as needed.
Minimum work experience requirements:
- Previous part-time or internship experience in any field, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
Minimum education requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a
related field.

Other skills/experience desired:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis through coursework or projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, demonstrated through group projects or extracurricular activities.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Travel if applicable
