Duties & Responsibilities:

* Complete Production Work Order Request updates from Application Support.
o Complete peer group, report breakout, and report definition updates.
o Set up appropriate reporting conversions.
o Enter client demographic information.
o Meet turnaround time goals.
* Generate database and special reports and complete all necessary checks and steps
o Complete all quality checks associated with report generation.
o Analyze any special instructions and follow proper course of action.
o Problem-solve any data issues/exceptions that arise during the reporting process.
o Meet all internal and external due dates and maintain accuracy standards.
* Problem solve Application Support questions and issues
o Answer questions; use correct resources and follow-up with problem resolution.
o Determine when problem escalation is needed.
* Work collaboratively across the Production team.
o Provide back-up support for teammates.
o Assist team members, proactively share knowledge, and participate in cross-training.
o Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by Production Manager.

Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of DOS, Windows, and SPSS is required. Must possess organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Experience in OS/2, DB2/2, SQL (other operations systems, database programs and languages) is helpful. Familiarity with standard office equipment is required. Must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal). Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong customer orientation. Will be knowledgeable and efficient in use of spreadsheets and databases with specific experience in Microsoft Office products.

Minimum Education:

* High school graduate or equivalent required with three to five years of related experience. Will accept Computer Science Degree either Associate or Bachelor's in lieu of 3-5 years' experience.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $22.50 p/h. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
