Production Worker

Advantage Resourcing is looking for a reliable Production Worker to join our team in Shreveport, LA! If you're seeking a dynamic role in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, $14/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, $14.75/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, $15.50/hr

As a Production Worker, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, accurately picking orders, and operating warehouse equipment. Other tasks will include shrink-wrapping products for shipment, conducting physical inventory counts, and preparing materials for storage. You'll also be involved in quality control, staging finished goods for shipping, and prepping raw materials for packaging. Additional duties will be assigned as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of production experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capability to stand for the duration of your shift
