We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kitting Specialist in Acton, MA to join our team! As a Kitting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assembling and preparing kits of materials or components for production, shipping, and distribution. Your efforts will ensure that production and shipping processes run smoothly by providing the necessary components in an organized and timely manner. This role requires the flexibility to work occasional weekends on a rotating basis when needed.

Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assemble and organize various components or materials into kits according to specific orders or instructions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory integrity.
  • Visually inspect components and finished kits for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Keep detailed records of kitting activities, including discrepancies or damages.
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Quality, and Supply Chain Planning teams to ensure timely and accurate kit preparation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline kitting processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Participate in cycle counts as required.


Skills & Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in kitting, inventory, or warehouse roles preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
  • Proficiency in English for reading documentation, training materials, and effective verbal and written communication.
