Purpose of Position
Our Human Resources leaders care deeply about the employee experience and support FSIs mission to prepare aviation professionals around the world to save lives through exceptional training experiences. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing HR administrative support to the HR Leadership Team. Partners with HRBP and Sr. HRBP to provide consultive business partnership to specific FSI business function or learning centers to help develop and execute HR strategies that foster organization effectiveness. This individual manages multiple priorities and therefore, the ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment and effectively work through ambiguity. Tasks and Responsibilities
* Maintains general knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance, partnering with HR Leader Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field or, a combination of education and work experience equivalent to the knowledge, skills and abilities. PHR/SPHR accreditation or similar HR professional qualification preferred. Minimum Experience
