Responsibilities Test Planning and Strategy Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and timelines. Able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining a high level of performance and delivering results within deadlines. Test AutomationDesign, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Cypress, Jasmine, or Selenium to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.Continuous Integration and Deployment Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using GitHub or AzureDevOps to enable continuous testing and delivery.Apply analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex testing issues. Quality Assurance Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, report issues, and ensure that all functionalities meet the specified requirements. Use meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of software products and adherence to testing standards. Collaboration Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide feedback, and ensure seamless integration of testing processes. Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present testing results and recommendations. DocumentationCreate and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing results to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.MentorshipProvide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and team members, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Other Embody our culture and values | |
