Join our Southeast team as a Civil Engineer/Designer III, where your expertise will significantly impact the landscape of land development.

General Responsibilities:

* Project Design: Design land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential)

* Team Collaboration: Complete due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects

* Client & Agency Communication: Assist Project Managers in communication with clients and regulatory agencies

* Project Leadership: Lead projects delegated by Project Managers

* Client Relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients

* Mentorship: Review work of junior staff and provide feedback

* Construction Support: Provide periodic construction observation and office support for projects under construction

Qualifications:

* Education: Must be a degreed Civil Engineer

* Experience: 4+ years in Land Development

* Technical Skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred

* Certifications: EIT or PE preferred
