Quality Execution Technician

The Quality Execution Technician position is responsible for monitoring all aspects of product quality, from incoming raw materials to the finished product, and reports results to appropriate management personnel.

Schedule:

  Leprino Foods is a 24/7 operating facility; the employee must be willing and able to workdays or nights. The current vacancy is on night shift, from 4:00pm-4:30am. Our schedules run 12 hours on a 2-2-3 rotation that allows for every other weekend off.

  After training is complete, new hires will be assigned a regular schedule on the next available shift.

  
  

Pay Rate:

• 
  

  $24.03 per hour

  
  

• 
  

  $0.75 Evening Pay Differential for every evening hourworked between 6:00pm-6:00am

  
  

• 
  

  $1.00 Weekend Pay Differential for every hourworked Saturday & Sunday

  
  

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Test product performance, including bulk grading, melt, measure, ribbon dimension and temperature. Present performance test results to management team during product showing.

  
  

• 
  

  Advise appropriate management personnel about out of specification conditions and place product on hold.

  
  

• 
  

  Collect, document, pack, and ship samples as required.

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain accurate records.

  
  

• 
  

  Ensure product is free of extraneous through periodic process checks and record keeping, including monitoring GMP's and proper metal detector checks.

  
  

• 
  

  Perform all duties in a safe manner while observing all SOP and GMP guidelines.

  
  

• 
  

  Any additional duties as assigned.

  
  

• 
  

  Adhere to safety procedures and practices through the handling of flammables, caustics and corrosive chemicals

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Demonstrated ability to complete work assignments with high degree of accuracy.

  
  

• 
  

  Able to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.

  
  

• 
  

  Good time management skills.

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

  
  

• 
  

  Specific vision may be required for this position, including close vision, distance vision, color and depth perception, and the ability to read computer screens for extended time periods.

  
  

• 
  

  Must be able to lift and carry moderate weights repeatedly throughout the shift.

  
  

• 
  

  Must be able to work Sunday-Saturday, off-shifts, weekends, holidays and required overtime to support a24-hour / 7-day operation.

  Must be able to work a minimum of 12.5 hours.

  
  

Preferred skills:

• 
  

  One-year prior manufacturing experience.

  Good time management skills.
