Marketing Workfront Project Manager
The Marketing Workfront Project Manager will be responsible for all advertising assets of all work types (social, email, collateral, direct mail, etc.) and the Workfront process that the assets go through across lines of business (Retail Bank, Small Business, Wealth Management, Commercial). This role will help ensure Marketing assets are compliant and complete in a timely manner. Serve as liaison with the agencies that produce assets across all work types (Collateral, social, email, etc.). Work with respective managers to execute jobs that may not be line of business product driven, i.e., human resources, stationery, etc. Work closely with compliance to ensure that all marketing materials have the correct compliance components and meta data. Move assets to the AEM Asset Digital Asset Management tool. Participate in Workfront and DAM governance. Work with external vendor and Brand team on reordering of Marketing collateral.
Position Responsibilities:
Workfront Project Management


  • Attend kickoff and discovery calls with project sponsor and agency.
  • Convert requests to Projects and manage project tasks with Brand partners from open to close in a timely manner for compliance reporting.
  • Ensure project tasks are completed on time and approvals are being completed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for accurate information in custom form fields that will affect compliance audits.
  • Participate in compliance audits.
  • Ensure proper legal and/or compliance approval flows are being used for each asset.
  • Complete compliance checklist based on asset for compliance reporting.
  • Manage move of assets from Workfront to the DAM with accurate meta data for compliance reporting and tracking.
  • Contribute and manage assets in the one-year compliance review and seven-year Information Lifecycle Management projects in Workfront.
  • Contributor to governance committee.
  • Work with Brand and external Marketing vendor on reordering of Marketing materials.
  • Work with Workfront Admin on automations that will boost efficiency.
  • Manage and responsible for timely project completion for compliance purposes. All projects need to be meet deadlines then be in complete status to ensure proper compliance reporting for assets during a specific time.
  • Participate in compliance change discussions and decisions.


Management of DAM


  • Move assets from Workfront to AEM DAM.
  • Manage meta data to ensure correct for compliance audits.
  • Manage meta data for one-year compliance approval and seven-year Information Lifecycle
  • Management projects and update as needed in the DAM to be compliant.
  • Participate in compliance audits.


Internal Project Execution


  • Manage projects of low, moderate, and high complexity that are not product driven, i.e., human resources, company stationery, internal logos, etc.
  • Work with agency partners on brief, execution, process, etc.
  • Ensure internal are compliant.
  • Manage accurate meta data for each asset in Workfront and the DAM.

Position Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 4 years of relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing

Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
