Main Line HealthCare is pleased to announce that we're now accepting applications for our Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program! Could you be our next MA Apprentice with Main Line HealthCare? Do you have a desire to enter a growing and dynamic healthcare environment, but becoming trained and certified as a clinical professional has simply been outside your reach? Main Line HealthCare's Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program provides a comprehensive and hands-on approach to training candidates for an exciting career in the rapidly growing ambulatory side of our health system. The MA Apprenticeship Program, designed specifically for individuals with little to no clinical background, starts with 16-weeks of paid formal training. During that time, candidates will engage in a demanding hybrid learning environment that includes live in-classroom sessions, clinical experiences, and self-study using eLearning modules. All training and program materials are provided at no cost to participants, and those that successfully complete the program are eligible for permanent placement as an MA in a MLHC practice. Make an Impact! Medical Assistants provide the backbone of clinical support in our ambulatory offices. As an MA, you'll work closely with both patients and healthcare providers. You will care for patients by assisting physicians and practitioners with routine blood draws, vital signs, immunizations, EKGs, etc. Use your skills to help maintain a smooth patient flow and anticipate needs. This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status. Program Highlights:
