POSITION OBJECTIVE: This role involves assisting in the management of the enterprise Product Life Cycle (PLC). This includes partnering closely with the Executive Assistant team and the Leadership Team to support PLC or essential business meeting schedules, agendas, room setup, etc. The role also serves as a liaison between FAS cross-functional leaders and other Knitwell Brands.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Creates and distributes meeting agendas or schedules, as directed by Leadership or EA, and add to meeting planner as requested. * Publishes/Sends completed deck to meeting attendees and print decks, as needed. * Ensures meeting locations are set up with appropriate technology (iPad, VC, etc) and cleared of previous meeting materials. * Manages team meetings or deadlines that support the main PLC Calendar as needed by Brand. * Surfaces potential changes that may impact the PLC and communicate impact appropriately. * Reviews and updates meeting charters and Roles and Responsibilities with cross-functional teams (SMEs), as established by cross-functional leaders. * Manages and organizes seasonal library, by brand, ensuring that final seasonal decks are updated in SharePoint/ Teams. * Assists in project management tasks such as digital library organization and maintenance and coordinating enterprise information for strategic decision-making. * Prioritizes deliverables, streamline communication, and act efficiently to meet deadlines. * Offers PLC support as required.
QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred * Strong computer skills with emphasis on MS Office 365, Outlook, and Teams * 1-2 years scheduling experience, using Outlook/Outlook 365, daily * Exceptional organizational skills- the ability to coordinate information from multiple sources in an efficient manner and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously * Prioritize deliverables, streamline communication, and act with efficiency to meet deadlines * Accurate and detail oriented * Strong sense of urgency; ability to manage frequent/constant changes in a fast-paced environment. * 2-3 years of relevant business experience in a retail environment a plus
