*Description* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Brand and Campaign Manager to lead our Amazon marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive sales growth. This role will be instrumental in managing our Amazon presence, enhancing visibility, and maximizing ROI through data-driven decision-making and innovative marketing approaches. *Key Responsibilities:* - Develop & Implement Strategies: Formulate and execute Amazon marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions across product listings. - Manage Advertising Campaigns: Create, oversee, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to acquire new customers and achieve high returns on ad spend (ROAS). - Amazon Account Management: Oversee daily operations of our Amazon account, ensuring account health, accurate content, and seamless customer communications. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, cost per order (CPO), conversion rates, and organic rankings to guide strategy and performance improvements. - Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for Amazon within the marketing team and provide strategic insights to the C-suite. - A/B Testing & Optimization: Drive experiments and A/B testing to enhance user engagement and improve conversion rates. - Collaborate with Amazon Partners: Work closely with Amazon partner teams to leverage platform opportunities and maximize brand growth. *What We Are Looking For:* - Amazon All-Rounder: Comfortable handling both campaign management and all other day-to-day Amazon operations. - Insightful Analyst: A strategic thinker capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. - Creative Solver: Innovative and solution-driven, constantly looking for ways to improve and optimize. - Logical Solutions: Takes a methodical and practical approach to solving problems. - Detail-Focus: Precision-driven and thorough in every aspect of work. - Agile & Adaptive: Quick to adjust strategies in response to changing market conditions. - Leadership & Ownership: Takes initiative and full responsibility for outcomes. *Top Skills Details* Amazon,Campaign management,Advertising,E-commerce,Helium10,dsp,Amazon FBM,Amazon FBA,ROAS,ppc,Campaign execution,Online advertising *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Strong internal and external communication skills, including collaboration with Amazon partner contacts. - Proven experience in Amazon Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) marketing. - Expertise in Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and keyword strategies. - In-depth knowledge and experience in managing Amazon paid campaigns. - Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. - Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities. - Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to all tasks. - Ability to adapt quickly in an agile, fast-paced environment. - Expertise in Amazon advertising related platforms such as Helium10, Sellozo, Pacvue, and DSP advertising platforms. - Experience in building and supercharging subscription brands on and off of Amazon. - Familiarity with launching and running Amazon stores operating across USA, Canada and EMEA countries *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
