Our client is looking for a desktop support manager to join the team full time. This role will be working within a school district. * POSITION SUMMARY The IT Manager will manage a group of IT Field Technicians while acting as the point of contact for clients in the assigned region. This role will work closely with clients to prioritize requests and develop and complete tasks in a manageable sequence. The position has significant room for growth and professional development. Client Focus Works closely with the executive team and stakeholders to develop a shared vision with long-term, big-picture perspectives on a district's goals to plan for meaningful and effective uses of technology; provide leadership in creating a vision of how technology can help meet district goals.
