Description * We are seeking a dedicated and skilled L1 IAM Sailpoint Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service. * Must have Sailpoint experience Position Overview: * The L1 IAM Sailpoint Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, focusing on Sailpoint IdentityIQ. * This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IAM systems to ensure seamless and secure access for all users. * Company is currently migrating from an on-premises Sailpoint platform to a newer SaaS cloud solution, with the go-live scheduled for April-May. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage IAM systems, specifically Sailpoint IdentityIQ. * Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning tasks. * Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents. * Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IAM policies and procedures. * Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with security standards. * Generate and analyze IAM reports to identify and address potential security risks. * Provide support for IAM-related audits and compliance activities. * Stay updated with the latest IAM trends and technologies. * Work through automated ticketing systems based on urgency, triaging, and forwarding requests. * Monitor jobs and ensure the environment stays up to date and healthy. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
