Job Details -
Responsibilities - Accounts payable in designated territories. - Processing and submitting installer payroll by designated deadline. - Processing new hires into HCM software for specific locations across the company. - Supporting employment verifications, worker's compensation requests, and unemployment wage audits for all locations as needed. - Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to better support the payroll and finance teams. - Partnering with other supporting departments such as HR, payroll etc. to provide proper support. - Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to solve problems and multitask. - Highly organized with attention to detail. - Takes initiative, strong sense of urgency. - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with HCM software; preferred. - Experience with Quickbooks; preferred.
