Description
Auria is looking to hire a Helpdesk System Administrator to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. Work location is in Colorado Springs, CO at Schriever Space Force Base. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our mission as the first line of defense for user-level interactions and issues. They will primarily support users in person via secure phone, email, or instant message (IM). The position will be customer-facing, so refined customer service skills, in addition to IT skills, are a must. They must also be comfortable diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with remote users daily, contributing directly to our mission's success. Essential Functions:

Salary Range:The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level ($99,000 - $113,000).
