Transporter Midshift FT

Job Description:

Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
10 hours Shifts
10:30am to 9pm

Holiday Rotation

Performs patient transport and other related duties in a timely manner. Assumes responsibility for designated area or procedures as requested. Recognizes the purpose or employment is to prioritize the patient as number one and to put forth the utmost quality in duties performed as radiology transporters.

• Transport patients according to the designated method and adhering to scheduled times to and from diagnostic and treatment areas.
• Continually transfer patients safely and efficiently via wheelchair, movable bed, or stretcher.
• Assure patient is properly dressed or gowned for examination.
• Provides positive and professional atmosphere for patients.

Requirements:

• High School /GED
• Must obtain BLS within three (3) months of hire
