Production Operator III

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and preparing ingredients, recording Lot Code changes, and inspecting ingredient quality before production. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to work collaboratively with the team, and dedicated to maintaining food safety and product integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate ingredient Lot Code/Lot Code Change recording.
• Must accurately measure ingredients to meet recipe standards.
• Responsible for timely preparation or "staging" of ingredients for recipes.
• Must inspect quality of ingredients being used for product production prior to mixing.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• May be required to take on additional responsibilities or roles based on the needs of the plant.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Experience in the food industry is preferred
• One year related experience and/or training
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Shift: 3rd

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00
