We have an opportunity for a Injection Molding Material Handler to join our Moorpark, CA team. You will assist in the manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products. Performs line assembly operations to produce and assemble through Lean Manufacturing Methodologies. You will: Responsible for correctly, documenting and handling of parts. Flexibility to rotate on the line. Packing small components and packaging operations. General labor incidental to manufacturing operations. Must be capable of performing a variety of production operations incidental to the manufacturing of various items or devices produced in the department Must be able to use fine hand manipulation. Must be able to read, write and understand written, visual and oral instructions. Must be able to operate a stand-up and sit-down forklift (gas and electric) Able to use a variety of hand tools in department, including but not limited to, air guns, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other power hand tools. Key Qualifications: High School Degree or Equivalent Preferred. Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment. Previous experience in production and/or assembly position. Previous experience operating forklifts Position hours/shifts available: 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:40pm (Plus weekends) Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. In order to accommodate the needs of our business, it may be necessary to change individual work schedules on either a short-term or long-term basis. Compensation: The hourly pay for this role is: $22.00/hr. (with 8% shift differential - $23.76/hr. total). Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
