General Summary of Position:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fortinet Network Security Engineer III to join our team and provide network security solutions for our enterprise network. As a Fortinet Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Fortinet products, such as firewalls, VPNs, switches, and wireless access points. You will also monitor and maintain network performance, security, and availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network security solutions using Fortinet products and best
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Fortinet devices and
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network security
• Monitor and analyze network traffic and security
• Conduct network security audits and
• Document network security policies and
• Automate security report generation on an ongoing
• Keep management aware of and up to date on environment
• Work across business units and provide 24x7 support when

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in network security and Fortinet products.
• Certifications in Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE7) or equivalent.
• Certifications in Cisco or equivalent.
• A strong knowledge of network security principles and protocols, such as TCP/IP, VPN, firewall, IDS/IPS, etc.
• Proficiency in Fortinet products, such as FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiWeb, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiAuthenticator, etc.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to office sites as needed.
• Ability and willingness to undergo additional background screening necessary for working with US Government customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
• Expert with cloud networking, preferred Google Cloud Platform and AWS.
• Expert in multi-site connectivity and High-Availability.
