Job Purpose

This position is responsible for reconciling pay taxes and resolving payroll tax issues timely.

Key Accountabilities

  • Payroll tax reconcilement and resolving reconciling items.
  • Tier 3 AskHR inquiries.
  • Associate local and state tax updates.
  • Investigating and creating W2 corrections.
  • Addressing tax notices, establishing new tax agencies with ADP & other smart compliance activities.
  • Respond to ADP inquiries, log ADP issues via smart compliance.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Associate's Degree.
  • 2 years payroll tax experience.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems (SAP/ADP/case management system.
  • Resolving AskHRtickets per service level expectations.
  • Completing all payroll transactions by the biweekly deadline.
