Min USD $210,000.00/Yr. Max USD $270,000.00/Yr. Job Summary The Regional President is a key senior leadership role at WaFd Bank. The position is responsible for the development and growth of high-quality C&I loans and low-cost deposits (directly and indirectly) within its respective geographical region; with outcomes easily demonstrated, actionable and supportive of and compliments WaFd Bank's goals and initiatives. Responsibilities are heavily weighted to that of being a Sales Manager in driving the business, while also being the face of WaFd Bank in the community. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Regional President also consults and works closely with the CRE and TRM teams. The Regional President will need to be able to deliver two primary objectives:
Deliver phenomenal, concierge-level customer service to all our clients - "everyone and every business deserves a WaFd banker".
