Project Manager - Performance Contracting: This is where you come in. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Performance Contracting, ESCO, and General or Owner-Direct Construction, with a focus on existing facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, overseeing scope, finances, schedule, resources, and risks. Your primary focus will be on building strong, collaborative relationships and leading the successful execution of MacMiller Performance Contracting's portfolio of Conservation, Sustainability, and Energy projects for our valued clients. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
- Serve as the central point of communication, effectively coordinating and facilitating collaboration between internal and external team members involved in projects.
- Oversee the execution of project scope, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, relevant codes, and all project requirements.
- Monitor, forecast, and report on costs and revenue to stakeholders, ensuring the project remains financially sound within its established budget.
- Develop, manage, and track project schedules, providing clear and timely updates to all stakeholders on progress.
- Strategize and allocate the necessary resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, implementing proactive mitigation plans for prompt resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal teams and external clients, demonstrating genuine respect and commitment to service.
Your background: What kind of person will thrive in this role? You should have...
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager specializing in Performance Contracting, General Construction, or Owner Direct Construction, with a strong focus on delivering projects within existing facilities.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience that provides a solid understanding of project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities, setting clear goals and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Expertise in interpreting architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans, with a broad knowledge of industry-specific terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and MS Project).

Compensation: $97,000 to $126,000 annually MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions presently provides employee coverage for:
