JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The System for Integrated Management, Business and Accounting (SIMBA), Penn State's application of SAP, is seeking a skilled and proactive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, agile environment alongside both technical and non-technical users, driving the development and implementation of new applications and supporting labor distribution and effort certification. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the successful continuous improvement of the SIMBA system. You will be responsible for tracking functionality changes, exploring future capabilities, leading the development of feature specifications, overseeing testing, managing incidents, providing training, and contributing to cross-functional efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the advancement of our enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities
Qualifications Minimally requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The location of this position is flexible and can operate fully remote within the United States, fully in-person at the University Park Campus, or in a hybrid model of both in-person and remote. Standard working hours are in the eastern time zone. Candidates must be US citizens to apply.
