Responsibilities Job Summary Maintains 24-hour accountability for leading and managing the Network Float Pool staff to provide flexible staffing support for multiple acute care and outpatient settings. Responsible and accountable for program development/implementation, setting expectations, strategy, goals and assists with ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Leads and directs ongoing evaluations of the Network Float Pool staff and scheduling operations within the department to ensure optimal levels of efficiency to meet the demands of the network.
Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Required Experience 2 years Experience within a healthcare related field Required Licenses and Certifications Current Arizona licensure in related field Required Must obtain a certification in their respective area of expertise within 1 year of hire or promotion date for magnet standards.
