Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active and hit the road? LaForce is hiring a Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team in Colorado! You'll be responsible for handling materials in our warehouse and delivering them to customers - both locally and occasionally to Nebraska, Wyoming, and government buildings. If you enjoy working independently, staying on the move, and taking pride in safe and efficient deliveries, this role is for you!

Starting Pay: $21-22/hr. based on experience.

What You'll Do:



  • Load and unload materials using forklifts and manual lifting
  • Plan efficient delivery routes and transport materials safely
  • Secure and balance loads for transport in a 26 ft. box truck (CDL not required)
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to job sites, offices, and government buildings
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and minor roadside repairs if needed
  • Follow DOT regulations, including safety checks and record-keeping
  • Assist with warehouse tasks like inventory management and assembly work


What We're Looking For:



  • Valid Class B driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and work in a physically active role
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • A self-motivated individual who works well independently and as part of a team
  • Pass a DOT physical and drug test on an ongoing basis
