As a Facilities Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment. Beyond upkeep, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by providing exceptional service, anticipating their needs, and creating lasting WOW moments that enhance their stay. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Monitor and manage building automation, fire, elevator, hotel, and preventative maintenance systems to ensure optimal performance. Supervise and delegate tasks for special projects, ensuring they align with design specifications and budget requirements. Enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, ensuring proper functionality and longevity. Prepare and submit inspection reports to federal, state, and local authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the Safety Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure all employees receive OSHA training and adhere to safety protocols. Maintain operational efficiency by ensuring employees perform effectively and productively. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, using problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has the ability to work safely, respond appropriately in an emergency, and report unsafe conditions, and follow OSHA and AIGrules Has the ability to read and write proficiently to evaluate reports, correspondence and statistical information Has excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience (required) Has 4+ years of prior relevant experience in a Facilities related position (preferred)
