THE JOB:

As a VIP Lounge Representative, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:$16.28

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure VIP guest check-in/out process is efficient and flawless in both in-person and email communications.

• Consistently provide a high level of exceptional service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety that fosters a positive and memorable experience.

• Refresh and upkeep VIP lounge amenities.

• Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and a seamless guest experience from start to finish.
