Join Descartes as a Customer Success Manager to help businesses with Import solutions focused on Canadian import customs compliance and US import customs and foreign trade zone compliance. This role is open due to growth, with the previous employee promoted to a leadership position. Your mission is to ensure customer success, drive product adoption, and provide expert guidance.

Responsibilities:



  • Proactively manage a large portfolio of customers (100+) using meeting, phone and email outreach tools.
  • Be the go-to expert for customers on Canadian or US import compliance.
  • Educate and coach customers on best practices, regulatory updates and new functions or features within the systems.
  • Build and manage relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to optimize workflows.
  • Lead success meetings to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Identify and resolve challenges impacting product usage and satisfaction.


Qualifications:



  • 3+ years in global trade, compliance, import/export, or customs roles.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles ensuring product adoption and success.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SaaS, supply chain software, or logistics solutions is a plus.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 CAD "Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation."
