Job Summary

As a member of the Digital Direct Ad Server Team, this position is a hands-on position that will work closely with AdOps Leadership, Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Sales Support, Billing and Collection supporting the day-to-day Digital Direct Ad Server Operations. The Digital Direct Specialist is responsible for participating in a team environment, accurately creating Digital Direct Ad Server proposals, managing and monitoring campaigns to ensure full delivery and providing campaign reporting and completing revenue reconciliation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate OUTFRONT's Direct Sold Impression-Based Digital Sales efforts
  • Review RFP details and clarify any unclear instructions through contact with clients and sales
  • Ensure that all Digital Direct Ad Server revenue contracts are processed timely and accurately
  • Reviews DDA contracts to make sure that all required fields are completed accurately
  • Collaborate and work directly with the sales teams on all DDA contract-related issues
  • Performs Digital Direct Ad Server revenue reconciliation at month-end
  • Work directly with A/P, A/R, Accounting, Credit & Collections Team on resolving any invoicing and reconciliation challenges
  • Provides superior customer service to the sales organization when resolving difficult and sensitive issues
  • Works hand-to-keyboard, interfaces with sales staff, to plan, initiate, launch, administer AdServer campaigns utilizing the Hivestack platform
  • Verifies that directly sold digital advertising campaigns are meeting contracted levels and are functioning correctly, while adhering to inventory management policies and best practices
  • Partners with both Local and the National Sales teams, build out tactical approaches to ad server campaigns, used in response to client RFPs
  • Assist Sales team with Proof of Performance reports

Your Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business or Communications (or a related field), or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3-5 years' work experience in sales organization or related field preferred
  • Proven experience working with large amounts of data required
  • Strong communication skills, experience working in a cross-functional environment is required
  • Must be very strong in Microsoft Exceland have knowledge of pivot tables and complex formulas required
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt and succeed in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability toefficiently and accurately manage daily responsibilities and prioritize duties
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Team Player - able to deal with different departments such as Accounting, Sales, Billing and Collections, and Finance
