About the Job
This role leads program services and clinical operations in the Crisis Response Center (CRC) and is responsible for short and long-term operational goals / objectives both clinical and operational.

What you will do

  • Direct program strategy, planning and operations
  • Lead program development including policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Ensure compliance, professional standards and regulatory requirements in care
  • Create initiatives to promote program growth, improvement and sustainability
  • Establish and expand partnerships with and present programs to internal and external audiences
  • Lead the development, collection and reporting of performance metrics
  • Direct program financial oversight, including planning/budgets, analysis and projections
  • Lead the use, maintenance and optimization of program systems, databases and tools
  • Manage development and execution of program outreach and advocacy
  • Hire, train, manage and develop staff leaders
  • Meet with direct reports regularly and provide clinical supervision
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Implement therapeutic framework for brief psychotherapeutic interventions
  • Other duties and initiatives as needed
  • Work with the Executive Team and Corporate staff in the planning, projection and monitoring of units of service to meet the contract projections and to provide cost effective services.
  • Work with assigned Clinic Manages and Program/Department Directors to ensure they have a clear understanding of day-to-day priorities of the CEO while staying attuned to the macro vision of business operations.
  • Develop strategies for implementing new programs and approaches to service delivery to ensure acceptable levels of community access to quality mental health services.
  • Participate in strategic planning to ensure all business functions are efficient and at their most productive.
  • Work towards building a culture of accountability that attract and retains talent.
  • Support Clinic Managers and Directors in the development of programs that are relevant to the clinical needs of the communities Enki serves.
  • Oversee treatment protocols and policies for all Adult Enki sites and the Adult Outpatient Programs which include Outpatient Client Services (OCS) and Full Service Partnerships (FSP).
  • Meet as needed to coordinate with the Medical Director in providing psychiatric services.
  • Meet as needed with the Human Resources department concerning personnel matters, company policies and procedures, and compliance issues.
  • Advise on projects, and organize and plan company initiatives as appropriate.
  • Oversee and assist in the review and revision of the Enki clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the recruitment, interviewing and selection process for senior clinical management positions with Enki.
  • Respond to requests by County, State and Federal agencies to comply with policy and procedure mandates in accordance with Enki policies.
  • Attend as needed service area and Department of Mental Health meetings.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures as applicable.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Pennsylvania) - State of PA licensing board - upon hire - Required or
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) (Pennsylvania) - State of PA licensing board - upon hire - Required or
  • Licensed Psychologist (Pennsylvania) - State of PA licensing board - upon hire - Required

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Social Work, Education, Counseling or Marriage Family Therapy Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred

Experience

  • At least ten (10) years as a Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Psychologist Required and
  • At least seven (7) years of leadership, management or supervisory experience Required and
  • Previous experience in a hospital, health organization or mental health agency setting Required
