Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, QA IoT Systems to lead the quality assurance strategy for our Software defined-enabled platforms, devices, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will drive test automation,performance testing, and security validation to ensure robust and scalable IoT solutions. This role requires expertise in embedded systems testing, cloud QA, and IoT protocols, along with strong leadership and processmanagement capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and quality frameworks for SDV platforms
  • Establish test coverage across embedded software, middleware, cloud services, and vehicle connectivity.
  • Develop KPIs for defect management, software reliability, and performance testing
  • Manage test execution, bug tracking, and risk assessment processes

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3+ years in automotive software or SDV testing.
  • Proven experience in testing embedded software, in-vehicle applications or vehicle connectivity platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in leading QA teams, test automation frameworks, and compliance testing.
  • Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing strategies for automotive software stacks. Experience with unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and HIL/SIL/MIL testing.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, MQTT, V2X).
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle simulation tools (dSPACE, Vector CANoe, NI LabVIEW, CarSim, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Strong initiative to align the strategy with wide range of stakeholders
  • Start-up environment experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
