POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from planning through delivery, which includes coordinating people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce desired results. This position will develop detailed project plans, ensure resource availability and allocation, and be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget and scope. These projects may include iterative updates to current products, engineering changes, production line moves, managing new/existing technologies, and the implementation of new equipment.
CORE FUNCTIONS
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and milestones across the assigned brand using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for execution of projects. This may include effectively managing change notices, special-order requests, and coordinating deliverables on compass room projects.
- Work with site leadership and vendors to determine availability of resources.
- Monitor and report on project performance; this includes product development timelines such as tooling, manufacturing, or purchase of products according to timely release.
- Responsible for reporting and communicating metrics, KPIs, deadlines, and schedules as it relates to the project to leadership and project teams.
- Track status and timing of all project design and process changes. This may include new application releases, obsolescence, CI activities, and OEM programs changes.
- Facilitate and drive project meetings and reports.
- Monitor task completion and identify risks to develop mitigation plans. Provide timing and feedback to the PMO to support corporate aftermarket and OEM programs, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- 3+ years of related experience required.
Required Licenses
Project Management Certification preferred.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Travel
Occasional travel may be required.

Individual Contributor: working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is subject to sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
